RECIPE: Mom's Sesame Glazed Salmon

1 stick butter (you can substitute olive oil)

1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce 

4 cloves of garlic minced

1/4 cup lemon juice

A shake of cayenne pepper or to taste

1 Tbsp. sesame oil

1/4 cup sesame seeds

Freshly grated ginger or 1/2 tsp dry

2-3 Tbsp. brown sugar

 

Melt butter in a small sauce pan and sauté the garlic. Combine the rest of the ingredients and simmer until a glaze forms. Brush the glaze over salmon fillet and cook on a preheated grill at medium high for 10 mins or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
